Additional Info About Our Church
Zion Missionary Baptist Church was organized in 1936. Since that time we have continually endeavored to bring glory to God by being faithful to the Holy Scriptures. We are a Landmark Baptist Church in affiliation with the American Baptist Association. We believe that our Baptist distinctives are completely scriptural. We have a high and reverential view of God. We believe in the inerrancy and sufficiency of the scriptures, the importance of sound doctrine and our responsibility to carry out the Great Commission. Some may say that we are a traditional Baptist church because we still sing the old hymns and use the King James version of the bible, but that's okay. Our goal is not to be old fashioned. We are just convinced God does not change with the passing whims, movements or programs of every generation.
At Zion Missionary Baptist Church, our goal is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and teach those things that He has commanded. With doctrinal soundness, reverent worship and a family atmosphere, Zion Missionary Baptist Church is a church built on biblical truth, not the latest fads! If you are looking for a place to worship and serve the Lord, we invite you to join us in our services.
