Additional Info About Our Church
We are an Apostolic 5 fold Ministry.
The Fivefold Ministry: We believe as an Apostolic ministry that the church operates under the fivefold ministry detailed in Ephesians 4. The five functions are the apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists, and teachers operating in protocol and order for the perfecting of the saints.
The Bible: We believe that the Bible is the infallible Word of God written by God through men according to II Timothy 3:15-17.
About God: There is only one God who revealed Himself as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God manifested Himself in flesh on the earth as Jesus Christ. After Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven, the Holy Spirit was given to dwell in men. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Ephesians 4:4-6; John 16:7; I Timothy 3:16; John 13:20)
Water Baptism: We believe that the gift of baptism in the name of Jesus Christ is available to those who believe in Jesus for the remission of their sins.
Infilling of the Holy Spirit: We believe that the Holy Spirit is made manifest on the inside of a person through the evidence of speaking in other (unknown) tongues. (Acts 2:4; Mark 16:7; Acts 19:6)
Deliverance and Healing: We believe that spirits (demons) are personalities without bodies that seek to house a body. We do not believe that Christians are exempt from spirits being operational in or around them. Healing is a component that operates alone or alongside deliverance. We also believe that according to Matthew 10 God has given Christians power to cast out these spirits in the name of Jesus Christ. (Mark 16:16-18; Luke 11; Matthew 12; Mark 6:13)
