Mission:
To follow Christ's commandment to "go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that [He has] commanded."
Vision:
To be disciples of Jesus Christ who understand and embrace the Apostolic Faith in our American context, through sacramental communion with God and one another, for the life of the world.
Purpose:
Orthodox Christians affirm that we represent the one, holy, Apostolic Church- that same Church that was established in the world by Jesus Christ, passed on to the Holy Apostles, nurtured by the Holy Fathers, glorified by that great cloud of witnesses known as the Saints, and continues on even unto this present day. Those who are in search of the most authentic and most full expression of the Christian faith are ultimately led to the Orthodox Church.
