Additional Info About Our Church
Grace Cathedral was established in heart of Dallas and built upon the principles of sharing God's grace to all men by Bishop Torrance W. Johnson. After 57 years of serving and uplifting the community Bishop Johnson went home to be with the Lord. However, in 2015 God saw fit to continue the ministry of Grace under the capable leadership of Pastor Nathaniel L. Green, Sr.
Through Pastor Green's teaching a new phrase was coined that "Everyone has a place in Grace." This phrase quickly became the core of what our ministry teaches. The grace of God is not exclusive to any one man, woman, or denomination but through Christ it is available to us all. Therefore, as we have RECEIVED grace, we should LIVE in grace, and GIVE grace.
Mission:
Encouraging the lost to RECEIVE GRACE; Educating believers to LIVE in GRACE; Empowering believers to SHARE GRACE
Vision:
That as recipients of God's love and grace, believers would commit to sharing that same love and grace with the lost until they come into the knowledge of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:7 and Matthew 18:14)
Purpose:
We are a family made up ordinary men, women, and children who are committed to carrying and spreading an extraordinary gospel. Our ministry is styled to offer a mix of contemporary and traditional approaches to worship that help to build intergenerational bridges to unite all ages. We are also a family oriented church that is dedicated to celebrating men, honoring women, and loving children.
