Vision:
Downer is still visioning an expanded congregation. A Childrens Sunday School was started last Fall. Young couples have started attending church in preparation for marriage. Our average attendance has increased slightly. We must be mindful of being patient but at the same time being faithful to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
